SOAKING is a practice used by some young mormons to engage in premarital SEXUAL ACTlVlTy without angering God. Basically, a guy “soaks" his penis inside a girl without moving, because it’s the motion that makes it a sin. This is effective because God is a T-ReX, and His Vision is based on movement
