its only visual, it would break before cutting anyone, not even the blades are in the right side to cut.

I don't think it really matters if it's attached to his hand. Take a picture, call the cops and say he was trying to stab you. He won't be arrested for assault. He'll be arrested for owning something so stupid.
If im not mistaken something like that is illegal in most places. Not illegal for a decoration but you would prob get in trouble for carrying it in public. While its cool and an interesting idea. I doubt it would be all that effective.
