The power of healing from Jesus is Godly, let alone the Father Himself. God created human and is the best doctor we will ever know. He would know our configuration like binaries.
Further to that, when God is creating Eve, their body is sinless. Our body get weary and degenerates because of sin. With a pure body, they can actually live forever.
We can see from the histories, how early men lifes shortened decade by decade. Healing process is fading and eventually it will stop because of the sin our earthly body tained.
