Well, don't forget (as a lot of people seem to) that the full Burkas and the harem dancing girls both come from the same culture. It's PUBLIC provocative dress and behavior that is considered shameful (just like, to a lesser degree, everywhere else). Nothing wrong with being sexy in private for the person who's meant to be appreciating it (little Arabs do come from somewhere, after all).
Of course, I grant you that the fact that this picture is online kind of suggests that taboo has been broken. Go look up "transgression" in a sexual context, if you need to. ;)
