My quick google found about 4-5 different illnesses or conditions that can cause the eyes to yellow like that. Rather than research them all for a quick one-liner, I opted to be non-specific.

But yellow isn't the natural color for tigers' eye? i think we should be worried if his eyes will be white instead of yellow.

Yellow is a very common colour for the IRIS of cat eyes, tigers included. When the sclera, the white part of the eyeball, turns yellow, that's a sign of illness.

But the sclera isn't visible in tigers? i just used this pics as reference, in wich iris is most of the visible part of the eyes. (sclera is hidden).
