Male and female sexual responses to orgasms are so completely different it becomes futile. For humans males it takes a few, short minutes or even seconds and for human females it takes longer and requires more arousal. Human males didn't evolve to stay aroused nor erect. Human males are visually sexually attracted and after orgasm we lose all interest.
