Actually the one in the ground IS a man. They are a spanish group of dudes who imitate the famous american show "Jackass".
I know this beacuse i'm spanish and if you are interested in their show its named "Dickstroyers" and this gif proves why very good.

PDT 2:They have had various names, they started as "Jackass made in spain" then simplified it to "Jackasspain" and finally they decided that their ultimate name will be "Dickstroyer" I'm saying this beacuse if someone is interested, let him/her know why they have two or three youtube channels, and last but not least i'm writing these comments just for clarify doubts about this gif and them.

nope, he wasn't, this is a short part of a serie that they have the serie its named "100 razones por las que no puedo tener hijos" which means "100 reasons why i can't have sons" well this is just one of a hundred and, if one hundred doesn't seems enough, they have made a second season, but in the second season they made only twenty six
