That comic is retarded because it acts like the guy lost the argument. But that batman drawing undermines the girl's point since she just replaced one unrealistic body type with another. Her ideal Batman is some kind of Edward Cullen Abercrombie model look that is no more attainable for most men than the regular Batman, at least not without serious estrogen therapy.
