...This is actually a problem I created with a violent dirt-bag tenant in my building. I told him he was going to be evicted (for threatening and assaulting another tenant, who wouldn't press charges)... then the landlady went on vacation for six weeks. Shitbag started hiding food in little-used drawers and crevices everywhere. Well before we finally got him out the door, we had a serious rat infestation.

Spiders? Spiders are welcome. They EAT the real pest-bugs that bite you in the night.
...Now I just need to find one that eats 200lb assholes.
