The floor looks a diffident color so I'm assuming it was taken then cropped into the mirror.

The shot was taken from someone at an angle from the mirror. You can see from the frame reflected on the mirror that who took the picture was a little on the righ side of the girl and not straight in front of the mirror. Lighting is consistent with the reflection (a low light on the right side of the room).

Its nothing wrong with it really. Thats how all movie scenes are taken when actor is looking at himself in a mirror but all he actually sees is camera.
