Maybe I should explain a bit more:
"Hupe" first of all means "car horn". There are also manual horns you can put on a bicycle which have a soft ball on one end you squeeze air out of to generate a sound. I guess that because of this squeezing someone connected it to the squeezing of boobs :D As cars only have one horn it's pretty obvious that if you say "horns" (Hupen) you mean [a pair of] breasts.
"Sarahs Hupen" - "Sarah's boobs"
"Sarah hat schöne Hupen!" - "Sarah has got nice tits!"
If you heard "Konis Hupen" you'd have to think he's a transvestite XD
Then again these musicians are Austrian and they might not be as familiar with this particular slang word. Weirdos.
