Its misingno it is a glitched pokemon that was found while surfing and when you ran into it, it would make the 6th item in your bag go up to 99999 of them.
I hate glitches. Sometimes I don't know why the game checkers are getting paid...
I don't hate glitch I hate exploits. This would be considered an exploit do to the item copy. Then glitches like the one in Skyrim where the giants smash you up into the sky is funny I'm glad Bethesda Softworks found it funny too and didn't patch it.
