Not at the hospital, at home.
Israel really have a great healthcare. Israelies people are a bit not restrained, so if they want something from some service they'll get it. If people in the EU will have to wait 6 months for an expert doctor, in Israel we get this service between 1 week to 3 weeks top. Also for almost any operation we are wating between 1 to 5 days.
