Okay, two questions:
1.) Is it legal to catch this monster?
2.) How the hell do you kill this thing, with a Cal.50?

1)No, it's ilegal unless you have the right license.
2) The fishing rod that they've used are using for catching big fish. You can also catch shark with shark spear.
* You'll be surprise there are people in the world who can catch shark with bare hands. Watch the movie Kon-Tiki(2012) an you'll undrestand - in the movie they've used CGI, but it is based on a true story...
