Good arguement. But still, i think the chance is very good to accidently snap the neck of the guy (in a real fight, i mean). And then you are in serious trouble. Here in germany, if you had martial arts training and you defend yourself against someone without telling him you had training , you get busted for excessive use of force. And no, i'm not kidding. I trained full contact karate (kyukushin budo kai) and the first lesson we got was from a lawyer who was a friend of our shihan.
Point. And actually, that law makes sense. A guy looking for a fight will usually not look for it from a guy who can kick his ass.
But did you notice something? The guy seems to anticipate her move. I think he took a dive at the end. Maybe this move was staged? Then this girl probably knows NOT to do this to an untrained opponent.

Maybe it's just that he've experienced the move before and knows what will happen and therefore he "takes a dive" as he knows he won't be getting out of this one.
