Looks pretty much like a fake. Where does the hair from the "mask" go? It just disappeared. I also watched the 22 second version on youtube and it didn't make it clearer.

I think its made with after effects /nor the tool is called 'projection mapping'. U can see both heads unnatural moving and beeing in unnatural positions.
