Bulbasaur in red and blue was always the best choice he would beat the first to gyms with ease.

Exactly, I don't see why people are hating on him. Yellow was hard as hell because Pika was useless against Brock and you had to catch some grass/bug pokemon in the forest.

I still have my first bulbasaur from leaf green, I played that game so much I got him all the way up to lv 100 with out any rear candy's, ahhhh the golden days of my youth were have you gone?

why does everybody hate bulbasaur I picked her (yes I got a girl one) in pokemon x she is fulled evolved, her name is rose and she fully loves me. She would be one pokemon on my if pokemon were real not some stupid flame dragon that is not dragon and could be killed if u put out it fire at the of it's tail!

I'm not very into pokemons, but I like bulbasaur. I find it cute :) I like charmander too, why not? If i had an option to have all of 3 at the same time I totally would :)
