Dishonored is a good game, but very unstable, even after all its patches. I managed to get one playthrough, then he stopped letting me pass certain points ;P

huh ? even one very first release of pirated version I had NO problem what so ever to finish game 3 times in a row. 0 crashes. it's probably your computer brah.
I read up on it, got some "support" from the steam gnomes. Talked with a few others of my friends who own Dishonored. Some of us experienced this, and many of them had better and more maintanenced rigs than me :P I liked that game alot, and spent a few days trying to fix it. It seems it didnt like my laptop, that much is true but that wasnt the case for the others :D You've been lucky mate-_- Might buy a new one anyways, and then I'll defo give it a new try.
Well, my old lappy called it in, so I bought myself a new one ;P Another lappy, since I like em, but with the 880m card n shit. Currently reinstalling Dishonored. If it was only due to my old comp I'm gonna be happy :D love this game, and am willing to give it a second try :)
And ironically, i got the same crash at the same place. Took me about 2-3 hours of just trying everything on that map before it finally let go of me and let me finish on low-chaos. It simply refuses to work unless i do 2 specific things im not gonna talk about for spoiler reasons. Tomorrow I'll do a high-chaos run, just to let of some steam!
