"help a thief" is different from "help, a thief"

Because he didn't use a comma, now he asking to help the thief out.
the thing is, rarely i see native english speakers using commas, like almost never.
my thing is I just see native english speakers rarely.
But this joke is about grammar and it shows that some phrase constructions better to use carefully.
And this joke is not about dumbass native english speakers.
