Most middle aged men (and probably women too) in Finland remember this paint-commercial from 1994. The campaign was banned because it was deemed too sexist. Apparently only small breasted women were allowed to do commercials.
What makes it sexist is not the size of the breast but the skimpiness of the clothing... How is that not obvious to you?
Big breasted models/actors was banned in these days in Finland. It seems that Finish people was conservative - I know nowadays it's allowed.
What makes it sexist is that the ad is only for men. It does nothing for most women to desire to buy the product. Granted, most painters are men, but women are engaged in much of the decisions as to which paints to use.
