I don't know, I never met an English cop. I've a cop in my city who is very nice and polite - but when he does his police job on someone who doesn't cooperate he's become worst than the hulk.
Same thing here too, but the cop is in my school and not a city, pulse my uncle was a cop same thing with him too.
