For drunk drivers, drivers who text or talk on phone, and the ones who dont drive within speed limit

I like it. At least with this kind of commercial, were they show how children can die even in park, some ppl MIGHT think of changing their driving habbits.

Emphasis on MIGHT. Cus' ppl dont change that easy!

Seat belt sometimes can kill you than save you, that's why I put a knife under my seat to cut the seatbelt in case of.

There're few places around the world that buckle seatbelts is by choice. That's how the insurance companies making their money, if you didn't wear your seatbelt and you've got injured by an accident you'll not get your insurance money.
