I saw nothing about safety. but in the article written in another language they said this stuff can be very dangerous after years and years of decay

"Uranium glass also fluoresces bright green under ultraviolet light and can register above background radiation on a sufficiently sensitive Geiger counter, although most pieces of uranium glass are considered to be harmless and only negligibly radioactive." from wikipedia.
But I asked friend of mine and he was told me if it's crack or break, it could be dangerous. It's basically like crystal, but crystal is made from lead. So it is nice behind a display window.
