No it's not, even it will do the same workk. But it looks much more great. I've a touch screen laptop, instead of using the mouse to select a what I want to copy - I touch it, this kind of key could make my motor coordination skills better, this is why I think I need this key.

just buy a keyboard or a mouse with more button and map/assign them to do what ever you want.

There isn't a keyboard that can do it perfectly. I can design one, but I don't have the time right now to apply it, also I've to write the code to activate it.
But I've read few weeks ago that touch screens could copy and paste by touch.
