Haha bullshit from emotional ppl. We even pick vegetables by the look and the "weird" ones are throw away cuz no one wants a carrot with an extra leg, now imagine animals that have the job to entertain us and being cute. The world is unfair and we judge with our eyes, deal with it.
true, but you must admit a cat with one eye have a f*cking badass look, a cat with one legs surely don't bother you jumping every were and is surely a lure for emotional girls and i don't talk about the awesome and inventive brokencat-costume for haloween like a pirate or a tripod from The War of the Worlds (or even a three leg stool)
You must be one lucky person.
fucking hate cats
There's plusses and minuses choosing an adult cat over a kitten. We've done both. Kittens will need shots and, if not pedigree show stock, will have to be spayed or neutered. They will need a special diet rich in calcium until they're thru adolescence and sometimes need patience getting them box trained if they're indoor cats. On the other hand kittens are very trainable and will bond closely with their human. Adult shelter cats usually are up to date on their shots and have been altered so the initial expense is limited to an adoption fee. They are usually already box trained and, unless they have a medical condition, do not require a special diet. Alot of adult cats end up in a shelter traumatized and are neurotic so it's best to inquire about the cat's history before considering adoption. An adult cat may also come with some unacceptable behavioral baggage which can be difficult to change. I'm a cat lover and I understand the desire to feel pity for an adult shelter cat; however, if you can devote the time to raising a kitten as a long term companion that's the better choice, imo.
