as a brazilian myself i cannot stop thinking that its kinda Italy's fault that we are the same way but 20x worse since we have a motto ("the braziliannnn way") which basically means that its okay to steal or to break the law if both sides in the agreement win (fuck the others tho) and this motto from the beginnings of brazil where the first immigrants were Portugueses and Italians mostly (third would be the africans)
