Seriously though, if you watch it slowly enough (or on a shitty enough computer) the dudebro on the bottom tilts the cinderblock back towards his head at exactly the worst moment to do so (It's easier to see in the 2nd version Ha-Dr-Ed shares). Some blame must be shared here.
