why the hell pictures on "NEW" are moving. they should be on 3-5 page but no they are as 1st 3rd picture in new tab

Isnt it that if a 'new' post gets enough points to get to 'good' it will also be reshowed in new so people will see it again, when it goes from 'good' to 'best' the same thing happens.

i thought it's something like that. but that way some of pictures are totally unseen. :(
I see all new posts beacouse im there more than 3/4 per day.
But somone who is there only 3-6 times per day may not see some cool things.
