That means you aren't a good graphs reader - it is shown how does 'internet explorer' get unused by years, and they've chose the orange color to show us the increasing of other browsers by years - that's called ratios. It doesn't matter what is the most common browser nowadays, it is matter that 'internet explorer' is almost unused today and where people still use it.
And if you are try to talk about 'google chrome' it have became popular only in 2011, and it show this perfectly in this gif.
