Absolutely not. Sharing a picture like this with even a single other person (not to mention putting it online) would greatly devalue it for me. I would consider it a symbol of trust, including the fact that no one else has seen that picture (probably. There's no good reason why you would ruin something like that. Unless it's an ex, but even then it has to be a really bad ex.
anyone who is sending out pictures of themselves naked should accept the potential consquenses. trust no one. and feel free to wack off
