Captain here. This is actually Track Mania Turbo. It's a super fun racing game where some of the maps are crazy wild. This is an example of a "PF" map where the player does nothing but push forward (gas) the whole map to make it to the end. Levels are like this are designed to where any variation other than forward causes it to become impossible.
