How about if we add that, due to her country suffering less inflation than ours, she and her husband can support her entire family reasonably comfortably on a $5000/year income (pretty much what the average full-time employee got paid for 40h/week in the USA back in the 1960s). Which means the US company only needs to pay her an equivalent living wage by her OWN country's standards.
