Then your alarm is not loud enough.
Trade it for one that scares the living shit out of you when it goes off.
Very little get's you going in the morning quite as effectively as a full-on panic attack. :P
Never, EVER, use the snooze button. Break it on your alarm if you have to (I honestly have no idea why they're even installed; it's like selling a car with a special extra "get out and walk" feature). If you get at all used to hitting that button, it becomes so automatic that you can roll over and swat it for another 15 minutes sleep without even coming awake enough for that to be an actual decision, just a reflex.
Another great tip is not to put your alarm at your bedside table; put it across the room so you have to get OUT of bed to turn it off. Once you do that... well hey, looks like you're up! ^_^
