While the Titanic comparison is amusing, does everyone understand what's happening there? Smaller male frog is mounted on a larger female for mating, while another frog (might even be female by the size) is trying to climb up, but the male kicks (her?) off the "bed"... repeatedly.

Also noteworthy that frogs aren't very likely to drown in this situation; they're quite capable of just floating with their heads above water while lying still and resting, so that's probably not why the 3rd frog wants up on the floating lid.
if I was a frog, I'd be nervous about that carp in the water.
