Now hold on there. It DOES seem like some skills ought to be transferable, yes?
-Multitasks well.
-Can accommodate others, backwards and forward.
-Willing to buckle down and work towards a goal.
-Prepared to get her hands dirty.
-Knows how to share.
-Won't quit until every part of the task is finished.
-Is ambidextrous.
-Knows when to lean on others, and when to delegate.
(I gotta run out to work. Anyone have a few more? ^_^ )
