Was I misunderstood? Rather than block the whole road, make a ring of these glued rocks around where the boss's car is parked so he can't leave. I didn't mean throw them through his car windows or anything.
I just mean, protests are more effective if you can inconvenience the people who actually have the power to make decisions, show them that THEIR lives won't go forward as they were if they don't address the problem.
Otherwise you're just doing this:
"Glorious Leader! The head of the peaceful rebellion is outside the gates! He's gathered a big crowd!"
"This... could become a problem."
"He... he just set himself on fire."
"............So you're telling me there's no longer a problem?"
