If the larger the penis the less intelligence you have, and as the penis gets smaller your intelligence increases, then by having no penis you would be the smartest
Amelia Horton-Fawkes, see what the thing is...women and men are different species of one genus and their brain works different too (it's biology), so the "penis thing" that can be used on man, can't be used on women.
There is another measure method of women's intelligence: not "how long" penis is,
but how many penises have "grown" into women. The less amount of them - the
more intelligent woman. Of course, i'm talking about an average woman, not ugly one or mental. Zero number of penises tells us that woman are not grown up enough for conducting a study of her brain. Or she has a big amount of very dangerous bacteria ego's-beatchenomus which can cause absolute selfishness and the sense of "female domination" and a female permissiveness. Which is nowadays can't be treated well. So,back to our theme, there must be penis anyway, you can't measure woman's intelligence without a penis at all.
