I remember calling T - Mobile a long time ago about my bill saying it was late and I paid it. I called and it's like the entire department laughing about a joke and the guy said "A yo what's good it's T Mobile...I mean *laugh laugh laugh* hey it's TMobile, *laugh laugh,* hi. I just laughed a bit and called 5 minutes later, connected to a different department everything was ok
