Now that I look closer though, there's enough subtle details different to confirm these are two different poses, not one generated from another picture.
Finding matching, flat-toned underwear of simple design in different sizes isn't really difficult enough to be suspicious in and of itself.
To prove that, you'd want to be pointing at a patterned underwear, where said pattern was distorted to the new size, as opposed to an actual bra, which would just be made with more material, with an un-distorted pattern. We don't have such clear evidence in this one.
