I'm torn between "that's awesome", and "what if someone who's afraid of heights visits and is too scared to poop?"
To scared to poop or Scared the shit out of him/her
That usually requires some one to be badly startled.
However people who are feeling very nervous or anxious and tense up; this is an activity that requires relaxing certain body parts. ;-)

I have met people that were so scared of something they pee on themselves

I was specifically thinking of an elderly patient I look after.
He uses a wheelchair normally, so to toilet, he has to sit in a "commode chair" and be wheeled overtop of the pot. He is NOT in control, and if he fell out he wouldn't be able to get up off the floor, or catch himself to limit how much he hurt himself in the falling. It's also not nearly as well-padded as his wheelchair, and people who spend their whole lives sitting on their behinds often have delicate bottoms as a result.
In short he feels very unsafe and uncomfortable in that commode chair; tense and flinchy. It's a struggle to relax enough to poop.
There's very little about his condition that's rare or unusual, so I can easily imagine a great many other disabled people with similar problems.
