By this Gov trying to say: "Why don`t you be homless somewhere else!"

...And for the amount of money you spent on this city-wide construction project, they probably could have started a Housing First program that not only gets homeless people off the street by the mind-boggling concept of giving them a damned home... it ultimately costs the city about half as much per person overall as having them homeless does.
