Noise would definitely be a problem, unless the resident is mostly deaf. Other problems include the inability to step out your front door without being killed by oncoming traffic. Also car exhaust fumes and soot. That concrete didn't get that filthy on its own. Those windows are going to need frequent cleaning if you want to see out of them (and how are you going to do that? Put a ladder up? A ladder which you will store where, exactly?)
It's also very tiny. I'm betting access to the 2nd floor is by ladder; there's hardly room for a stairwell.
There IS a mail slot, though I question their ability to find this address. On the upside, they can deliver without getting out of their car, if they don't mind the honking behind them. Pizza delivery would be interesting to observe.
