Believe it or not i have tried something like this (not in a toilet admittedly) and if someone tries to use it by standing on it the pogo stick will rip through the bottom of the soft rubber.

Next we discover that
A) really hard to remain upright on a pogo stick if you can't shift the angle of the base point.
B) Toilets are made of porcelain, not diamonds. A full-grown adult's bodyweight brought down onto a small striking surface (the bottom of your pogo pole) will smash it as easily as a sledgehammer.
