None. They just crazy. Most of them are homeless, poor, and thinks that they have been stolen by aliens
That's obvious, but why they all do the same with these signs ?
Why do you always complaining about good sides of anarchy? because that's what they believe in

I think, because they want it to end. Their lives became miserable and hard. And they want something big to ruin rest of the world too. But, from another point: have you read watchmen?
No I did not. Unfortunately I can't imagine what a panhandler life is in the US, but in France it's not so hard, the hardest thing is to find a place to hide and sleep, which is easier in the USA i heard in a tv show
