Doesn't look like a very stable place to mount a heavy gun... and if you fire it right next to the camel's ear, you expect it to not panic and run about? That one that looks like a mortar or RPG launcher; how precisely can you aim that wobbling about on the camel's back? Finally the medic camel with the patient cots on either side that would shake the patients back and forth worse than if they were on a small boat in the ocean... is what convinced me this whole thing was a fake joke. Middle Eastern countries don't use the Red Cross icon for medical (the cross being Christian symbolism) they use a Red Crescent (moon), in the exact same shade of red on white.
