My cat's do this... very briefly. You see, they are not as good at keeping their back claws in as they are the front ones, and I tend not to wear very heavy, thick shirts at home.
Once I nearly ended up with a pierced nipple via cat claw. T_T
So... cat hugs as often end with cats being flung through the air in my house (and then they dash back, "again Daddy, again!")
