Well, there's this huge interconnected network of computers, originally created to share knowledge among users. Over the years, this network has evolved into the largest repository of wtfs in the solar system. People refer to it by different names. Some call it Satan's wet dreams on acid. Others call it The new Telly Tubby show. I call it the Internet. ;-)
Weell, the gif with the nude girl wearing the red puppy-ear mask (or is it meant to resemble a jester hat? I dunno) was called "Kekko Kamen". It was kind of a ridiculously silly sexy superhero parody anime, starring the title named vigilante, who fought criminals like a naked female batman... only her finishing attack move was a spread-eagle "tackle" (pretty much as shown in that gif) which, for some reason, no male opponent wanted to dodge badly enough to duck. ^_^
Pretty much the same silly rationalization was behind her not-much-of-a-costume; opponents were so distracted/startled they had trouble fighting back.
I remember seeing the anime back in the mid-90s, but had no idea they made a live-action version.
