yep, i think, this kind of work sucks very much...and because of users like these we also have dumb tech support (partially).
i'd worked in tech sup. at first i really tried to help people and talked with them like with intelligent people, but then i quickly understood that most of them just lazy asses which knows nothing about pc or internet (part of them are old people, which is ok i guess and i really tried to help them, because i'd understood that even their kids refused to help) and instead of googling their problems, looking for answer in some book or asking their relatives or friends, they just call to tech support of their internet provider and ask some real shit.
