The funny story about that scene is that it was Harrison's improv. He was supposed to do a big fight scene, but it was hot as hell on the set and he was sweating like crazy, so he basically said "fuck it", fired his gun, and staggered off to his trailer. The director thought it was funny and kept the footage.
Kudos to the swordsman in black for quickly adapting to the unscripted change though, right?
