hm, can't agree. cause talent is nothing without practice, yeah, maybe this guy is very talented, but i guess, he also practiced a lot and maybe, without practicing he would be just a regular guy. same with the singing. singing is a very hard thing and if you have a good singing voice doesn't mean that you'll sing like a professional. so both talents are cool, but you can't say that one of them is better than another because all of them demand practice.
I still hold this one to be more talented, because especially if someone has a natural singing voice a lot of the time their voice gets modified as fuck, whilst their is no auto tune for this.

"a lot of the time their voice gets modified as fuck" - true, and i disrespect this. that's why i prefer to listen singers which can perform their songs live. I mean, at live shows you usually (not always) can understand who-is-who on the music scene. And when a singer has a flu and a temperature near 38 C but inspite of that he sings a song (without lip sync of course) just as it sounds on the record (maybe nearly as good) - isn't that a real talent?
